Cold soup

This delicious cold soup could be prepared very easy. The time for its preparation is only half an hour. It serves 4-5.


800 gr yoghurt

250 gr water

1 fresh cucumber

1 table spoon vegetable oil

Salt to taste

10 gr dill

5-6 cloves of garlic

100 gr walnuts

3-4 leaves of lettuce

1bunch of fresh parsley

Method of preparation:

First of all, you have to put the yoghurt into a large bowl. Then add water by constant stirring. Then add the finely chopped cucumber and lettuce. The next thing is to salt to taste. After that you have to add the finely chopped walnuts. Stir once again. The garlic cloves should be peeled and smashed. Pour the table spoon of the oil and add the walnuts. Stir well. The last thing you have to do is to sprinkle the finely chopped parsley. So, your cold soup is ready. Enjoy it! You can use it as a starter or as an appetizer.
