Delicious tomatoes filled with fish and mayonnaise are very suitable for every party as well as for every day use. The time for their preparation is about an hour and a half. The recipe serves 8-10. It is easy to prepare these filled tomatoes. You have only to follow the instructions:


300 gr fish

300 gr potatoes

4 hard boiled eggs

1 lettuce

10 red tomatoes

300 gr mayonnaise

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder

Method of preparation:

First you have to cook the fish with the black pepper powder and salt to taste. Cool it after that. Meanwhile cook the potatoes in salted water. Grate the eggs and mix them with the fish, the potatoes and the mayonnaise. Cut the tomatoes into halves and make them free from the seeds and the meat in them. Fill the tomatoes with the prepared mixture and place them into a bed of lettuce leaves. If there is any mixture left you can use it to make different figures next to the filled tomatoes. The appetizer is suitable for pork and calf meat. Enjoy!
