Chicken with vegetables and herbs

This dish is very delicious and it could be prepared for an hour and twenty minutes. It serves 3-4.


500 gr boneless chicken meat

1 spray celery

2 onions

500 gr red and green peppers

20 gr red chilly pepper

100 gr mushrooms

1/2 cup of cut almonds

3-4 table spoons flour

1/2 tea spoon herbs

1 tea spoon sugar

Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

First of all prepare your ingredients: Chop the celery and the onion finely. Then cut the peppers into slices. The so prepared ingredients have to be stewed in preheated oil. Add 2- 3 cups chicken soup and stew for ten minutes. Meanwhile cut the chicken meat into pieces and cut the mushrooms into slices. Add them as well as the herbs. Stir well. In the end add the cut almonds. When your dish is almost ready you have to mix the flour with 5 table spoons water and pour into the dish by constant stirring. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley and serve with cooked rice if you want. Enjoy!
