Tips on waking up on time

Waking up in the morning is for me one of the hardest part of the day, I know some people are morning persons and are bright and happy as they get out of bed, but I have noticed that this is not the most popular breed of people.
Some actually do not wake up on time and therefore are late for work and feel rushed during the whole day, just to come home exhausted and repeat the same process the next day.

The first obvious thing to do is to get to bed at a decent time so you will have enough sleep for the night and will feel rested the morning and day after.

Set your thermostat to a comfortable temperature for you (each person varies) but it does not have to be too hot nor too cold. Make sure that you feel comfortable in the temperature that you set for yourself.

Stop drinking anything that contains caffeine (Sodas, tea, coffee) after 3:00 P.M, otherwise it will be harder to fall and remain asleep.

Set more than one alarm clock at intervals of 10 minutes, one next to your bed and one on a counter or dresser in which you will have to get up to turn it off. Once up, take a shower or drink a glass of water to get your organism going.

If you can, ask someone to call you on your phone to wake you up, maybe a about 10-15 minutes before you would have set your alarm.
