Here is a fantastic recipe for coffee creamer when you go to the cupboard and are out there are some ways to make it through your morning in style.
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Can (after you empty the SCM) of milk
2 Tablespoons of Any flavoring you have on hand such as vanilla, peppermint, almond etc. Be creative and mix flavors to your own liking or if you have it on hand try 2 Tablespoons of and of the specialty syrups you find in a coffee shop. I have one friend that even tried maple syrup and loved it. Whatever you have on hand is fine or just serve it with only the 2 milks combined. Whatever you choose make it with your signature flavor.
Save an empty coffee creamer carafe to mix your newly made creamer in. Using a spoon to scrape the sweetened condensed milk out of the can pour the milk into the can and gently stir the remains of the sweetened condensed milk from the sides of the can.
Pour the milks into your carafe and add in your flavoring of choice. close the lid and shake well. Add as you would any other creamer to your coffee.
Prior to using give your homemade creamer a gentle shake to mix it well.
This will last about 2 weeks in the fridge but it will go faster than that if the non creamer users find out how good it is. I buy the Sweetened Condensed Milk when it is on sale and stock up so I will have it on hand. I like ti much better than the store bought creamer and its a lot less to purchase in my budget.
You can add cocoa mix to make it a mocha. The flavor possibilities are endless.
