First start with writing down for 3 days everything that enters your mouth and do not cheat! This is everything you drink, medicines, herbs and foods. State what types whether it is fried, steamed, boiled, broiled, grilled, baked.

Mark down what diseases you have, plus anything that ends in “itis” which is inflammatory disease. Tell how you really feel, how you sleep and cravings.

It is now time to say, I want to learn what is good for my body and learn to balance it for a healthier attitude.

  • Journal your daily progress
  • write down questions to be asked
