Filled potatoes

This recipe is easy for preparation. It takes about an hour and 20 minutes. It serves 4-5.The recipe is suitable for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients:

10 middle sized potatoes

5 table spoons butter or margarine

500 gr peas

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder

100 gr yellow cheese

Method of preparation:

The first thing you have to do is to wash the peas and to put them into a pan for boiling. When they are almost ready peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them on the top. Then go deep into the potato and take this mixture. The mixture has to be put into the pea soup. Cook for 10 minutes. After that salt the potatoes, sprinkle black pepper and full them with the mixture of cooked peas and the butter. The so prepared potatoes have to be placed into a baking pan where you have to pour the half of the pea soup. On the top of the potatoes grate yellow cheese. Enjoy this delicious dish!
