Leek with rice

This untraditional stew dish is very suitable for all kinds of meat. The preparation is about 50 minutes. The recipe serves 3-4.


4 leeks

4 table spoons oil

200 gr rice


500 ml vegetable soup

300 gr mushrooms

Salt to taste

Blck pepper powder

Method of preparation:

First cut the leek into thin slices and stew it in the oil. Wash the rice and add it to the leek after 10 minutes. Pour the vegetable soup and continue cooking for about 15-20 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for other 15 minutes. At the end you have to add salt to taste and sprinkle the black pepper powder. Enjoy!
