However, too much coffee can make you feel anxious. Coffee, even decaffeinated, is not recommended for those with heartburn. As coffee is a diuretic, it is not recommended for those who urinate several times a day. Caffeine can boost the effect of analgesics, but the pain can be worse without caffeinated pain reliever. So, do not take caffeinated pain relievers over several days without these being prescribed by a doctor.

Do not drink coffee if you are longing for a baby. Expectant mothers drinking one or two cups of coffee a day can increase the risk of miscarriage by 30%; the figure rises to 40% for those drinking up to four cups of coffee a day. Those women drinking more than five cups of coffee a day may face problems in their breasts. Drinking too much coffee can also hinder the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals, particularly calcium. Caffeine can disturb the heartbeat of those with heart diseases.

But if you love coffee and do not have any health problem, have one or two cups of coffee a day. It is better not to drink more than two cups of coffee a day.
