      When we see a beggar on the street, the tendency on the part of most of us is to cross the road. He or she is something to be avoided like a plague. Some of us even do not hesitate to abuse them. It is a great mistake to mock at human misery. You will be doing a great service if, instead of abusing them, you ignore them. One should never forget that the poor are poor, not because of choice. It won’t take long for a rich man to become a pauper overnight. Wealth is fickle in nature. When the time comes again for eating, you are not hungry. Yet you eat because it is more of a habit to eat at a particular time. The presence of the sense of hunger is an indication that your body needs new fuel molecules. If you eat without feeling hungry when your body is not in need of calorie input, you tend to put on weight.

      What is the most important criterion for weight maintenance? Even after a meal you should feel hungry. It is an indication that you have not loaded your body with extra calories. Eating less has two main advantages.

  2. When you feel hungry frequently, you tend to feel for people who go without food, and would like to lend a helping hand.
