Mushrooms with white wine

This recipe is very cheap and very easy for preparation. It serves 2. The time for preparing it is about an hour.


600 gr mushrooms (fresh)

50 ml oil

1 table spoon flour

4 cloves of garlic

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder


Method of preparation:

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Stew them in oil. Add the finely chopped and smashed garlic, salt to taste, sprinkle the black pepper powder and the chopped parsley. Stew the mixture again for 10 minutes. Then add the white wine and continue cooking until mild. Serve the dish until it is warm. Enjoy this delicious mushrooms with white wine!
