This simple recipe is easy for preparation. The time for preparation is about an hour and ten minutes. It serves 4-5 people.


500 gr gumbo

1 tea spoon vinegar

200 gr onion

200 gr tomatoes

300 gr mushrooms

1 carrot

100 ml oil

200 gr white wine

Black pepper powder

Salt to taste


Method of preparation:

First place the gumbo into a pot full with hot water, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon vinegar. Cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile chop the onion finely, cut the tomatoes, the carrot and the mushrooms into small pieces. Then add them and the oil. After 10 minutes you have to add the white wine, the salt to taste and the black pepper. The dish has to be cooked for about 40-45 minutes. Then add the finely chopped parsley and continue cooking 10 minutes. Serve the dish cold. You can serve it with cooked pork meat. Enjoy!
