People try a number of ways to lose weight; but it has been noticed that in a number of situations after the diet program stops the wait is back again. I have tried to collect a few information about how to reduce weight for a lifelong period.

The first thing that can be done is keeping a food diary with you all the time for at least one week. This will help in remembering and analyzing at the end of the day what was the intake, in what amount  and where. Futher, this will also help in reducing the amount of junk food intake.

The second thing I would like to say is that people generally switch to an instant mode of weight reduction. they generally consume very low calorie diets which in turn helps them to lose wait for the short span of time. The reason being maintaining a low calorie diets for the long span of time is strangely difficult. The side effects of it being tiredness and becoming irritable, lack of energy to exercise and on the lighter side being people avoiding you for lunch or dinner together because of your strict diets.

Have you ever heard people saying “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”? The survey on human food habits has shown that people who skip their first meal of the ones who end up taking more calories at the end of the day. So the dietricians came up with a plan to spread the calories throughout six small meals per day. This was the third point.

Now, I would tell you my fourth point. It has been noticed that packaging and processing foods, generally reduces the nutrient values of the food and substantially raise the calorie content. So it is more suggestive to have at least 2-3 servings of fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables.

Now comes my fifth point on the substance without which there would have been no life on earth, i.e. water. Drink water ahead of drinking coffee, tea, or even soft drinks. The best part would be to drink water even before meals. This will help in a number of ways to reduce weight.

Lastly, the best thing that you can do is comparatively eat less and do more exercises. Exercising regularly helps the body to be in good state as well as energetic too. The last point would help in reducing more weight in a long run.
