Lady Gaga's Strict Regimen For Staying Fit

Lady Gaga has become a huge hit and has been traveling all over the world and sharing her music and talent.  While she is on stage performing she moves like no other but she also sticks to a strict diet in order to fit into her otherworldly outfits.

Lady Gaga does not eat bread but only vegetables, salad, and fish.  She calls it a pop star diet.  On Sundays, she admits to eating pasta.

Lady Gaga follows Harley Pasternak’s The Five Factor World Diet.  Harley Pasternak is a fitness and nutrition expert and an acclaimed celebrity trainer.  Pasternak is all about things in fives and his plan highlights five meals a day, five core ingredients, five-minute prep time, 25 minute workouts, 5 cheat days in 5 weeks.

It has also been reported that Lady Gaga loves a diet drink Neuro Trim, especially when she is touring.  Neuro Trim is a low-calorie beverage that may help you lose weight and have more energy.

Supposedly Nero Trim contains some sort of “magical” Japanese ingredient that helps suppress the appetite.  Neuro Trim claims to include a Japanese fiber derived from the konjac root that will swell over 200x to help suppress appetite.  Other celebrities like Kelly Osbourne, Kate Hudson, and Cindy Crawford use Neuro Trim as well.  Health experts do not believe in Neuro Trim and say that a healthy and balanced diet always works better.

There have been rumors that Lady Gaga uses baby food diet where she substitutes meals for jars of baby food.  According to Lady Gaga’s rep this is not true.  This, however, has been a new fad among celebrities.

Lady Gaga does some intense exercises in order to stay in good shape.  She does extreme crunches.  Her trainer starts her on a basic crunch and modifies that into reverse crunches, ending with a double crunch — lifting both ends of your body toward your center at the same time.
