White bean soup

This soup is easy for preparation and very delicious at the same time. It serves 5-6. The time for preparint it is about two hours.


250 gr white bean

4 table spoons oil

2 onions

1 carrot

1 piece of celery

1 table spoon tomato sauce

1 table spoon flour

250 gr sour cabbage

Red pepper powder

Method of preparation:

Put the white bean into a pot full in water. When the soup boils remove this water and pour warm water. Add the finely chopped onion, celery and carrot. Cook until the bean is mild. Then add the tomato sauce and the cut into small pieces cabbage. In the oil stew another onion, sprinkle the red pepper powder and pout this mixture to the soup. Serve this delicious soup until it is warm. Enjoy!
