Summers are killing us and we all want to get rid of the heat. Because of the long days we feel lazy and tired all day. We suffer from sunburns, excessive sweat, irritation and itch on skin and many other problems. But if we take care of it properly we can stay fit and healthy, feel good and fresh in summers. Have a look to feel good in summers:
1. Drink lots of water. Increase intake of liquid like juices, shakes which are rich in fibres. You have to stay hydrated to stay alert and fresh. Remember this. so, next time you go out or go to work, do not forget to carry a water bottle with you.
2. Do not eat too much and limit yourself when it comes to oily food. A heavy stomach will make you lazy and sleepy all day. So, instead choose for a rich and healthy diet with green leafy vegetables and fruits.
3. Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. The fabric that you wear in summers should be given importance.
4. Summers does not mean that you have to sit at home thw whole stay and stop exercising because you think that it is too hot and humid. Choose sports like swimming, skating et al.
