Night Falls,

Forever Sleep,

Into Her Waiting Arms,

Forever Keep.

We Build These Walls

Around Us so High,

But in the End,

We Always Look,

To the Skies.

He Says Do Not Weep

For Me Anymore.

I Have Moved on You

See,

A Better Place Awaits

For Me.

Were One Door Closes,

Another Opens.

We May Not Always Know,

What is in Store,

But Know This,

My Dears,

Wherever I Am Sent,

My Happiness Does Not End.

Though he was not of my blood, but my step grandfather one would never know. He never treated me or my sister as anything different. To him we were nothing but his grandchildren. He loved us dearly and we loved him more then life. The time we spent together was treasured and will always be in our hearts and our minds. He was a man who loved life and lived each day to the fullest with his large family around him. With a loving and caring wife, who was his life constantly at his side. He was bleased with six children, many grandchildren and even great grandchildren in his long life. A man wh cared about others, helped out where needed and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was a military man, who served proudly for many years. Though he is gone now he will never be forgetton. He has touched the lives of many.
