Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 C Pure Maple Syrup
1 C Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 Tsp Garlic, Fresh, Minced
1 Tbsp Mustard, Dry
1 Tbsp Mustard, Whole Grain
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper, Fresh Cracked
2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a bowl whisk together the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mustards, salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify dressing. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
