Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 C          Pure Maple Syrup
1 C          Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp    Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 Tsp      Garlic, Fresh, Minced
1 Tbsp    Mustard, Dry
1 Tbsp    Mustard, Whole Grain
1 Tsp      Kosher Salt
1 Tsp      Black Pepper, Fresh Cracked
2 C          Extra Virgin Olive Oil

In a bowl whisk together the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mustards, salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify dressing. As a native New Englander prefer using a Grade A Medium Amber syrup from New Hampshire producers. My personal favorite sugarhouse is located in Lancaster, NH. Their products can be bough online at Try the Maple Candies too, they’re a fantastic treat.
