Try this vinaigrette with my Roasted Vegetable and Spinach Salad recipe found here http://www.bukisa.com/articles/337875_roasted-vegetable-and-spinach-salad

As a native New Englander prefer using a Grade A Medium Amber syrup from New Hampshire producers. My personal favorite sugarhouse is located in Lancaster, NH. Their products can be bough online at http://www.fullerssugarhouse.com/ Try the Maple Candies too, they’re a fantastic treat.

The recipes you’ve viewed are tried and true personal favorites. I am a working chef, farmers market junkie and a personal midnight snack preparer. Feedback is always appreciated. I want to hear your success stories, suggestions on how my format can be improved and recipe requests are always welcome. Happy Cooking!
