Beer is almost as old as civilization itself. This is stated in the Sumerian texts that date back more than 5000 years ago. Since 1950, scientists discussed the fact that beer, not bread, in fact, in the early development of agriculture.
Almost every culture around the world has invented its concoction beer. History tells us was a home brewing operation, in preparation of food. From South Africa to China’s beer production grew in scale with the growth of society, then become primarily dependent on the state.
The physical traces of ancient brewing are not so easy to obtain. In most cultures, brewing beer at home requires only basic components, such as fire, cooking vessels, and some banks. None of these materials are unique to the brewing process. Banks, which were found near the furnace, could be used for storage of barley or wheat for bread, and casseroles can be used to heating the liquid.
While archaeologists could not find a full set of evidence. One of the oldest breweries was found in southern Egypt and dates back to more than 5000 years ago. The site team found well-heated vats, which were encrusted on the inside of cereal-based residues.
Another ancient brewery was opened along the Nile in the heart of Egypt. The site is located in what is considered the Temple of the Sun, where the wife of the king and was buried. Archaeologists have found a set of numbers that were used for grain processing. Stoves, corn, and more banks have shown that the numbers have been used as a bakery or brewery.
In another part of the world, excavators found a brewery since Roman times. At this point, there were reserved tables, which date back to 100 AD with beer being specifically mentioned a few pills.
Chemical evidence of beer will target the site once and for all, although this rule is not easy. Alcohol is too sensitive for the ages, as any cereal-based found the remains could have come from baking as easily as from the beer.
Throughout time, there will always be evidence of beer is brewed to be many centuries ago. Without actually finding evidence, however, it can be very difficult to determine. If there were evidence that this will be really different.
