This recipe is good for either a side dish or it can be even be served on its own. With these ingredients you will serve about eight to ten people, but if you need to serve less people just trim down the amounts for example to serve six people go with two pounds of potatoes and so on.

    • Five chopped garlic cloves
    • Two tablespoons chives
    • Five teaspoons of butter
    • One rosemary leaf
    • Four teaspoons of butter

    The first step is to peel the potatoes but only in the middle. Then throw them in a saucepan with water and leave them until the water is boiling.

    Once you see them boiling and tender, drain and place them in a bowl or plate for now.

    Then in a pan with butter add the garlic, chives and rosemary and cook for about two to three minutes.

    Next throw in the potatoes for 30 seconds. Place the cooked and coated potatoes in a bowl and now they are ready to be served.
