Wheat beer is a beer that is brewed with both barley and wheat malt, rather than using only barley. In addition to wheat, wheat beer will give light flavor and somewhat paler color than most all barley ales and beers. Wheat beer is usually fermented, which is the fermentation of beer yeast.

All types of wheat beer became very popular in the past few years, especially in warm weather. In earlier centuries, the brewing wheat beer is illegal in many places, simply because wheat was too important as bread and cereals, to spend it with the brewing of beer.

Many microbrewers in the United States and Canada that make their own versions of wheat beer, which is especially popular in Portland, Oregon, which is considered the capital of beer.

In Europe, wheat beer is usually served in a special glass of wheat beer. In Belgium, they are usually solid points. Other countries will take a half-liter, in which points are usually tall and slender, slightly tapering to the base.

In the United States, wheat beer typically served with a slice of lemon.
