Here it is!! My specialty — beef and vegetable kabobs. My entire family loves these, and requests them often for family gatherings.
I have posted the marinade recipe on other sites before, but here it is again for you: 1 cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup mustard, 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 4-6 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tsp. meat tenderizer. Mix all together. Can be saved in jars for future use as well.
I bought 4 pounds of top sirloin steaks and cut them into bite-sized chunks, then put them in a bowl with marinade to soak. I soaked them just over 24 hours to get the meat nice and tender.

Putting together the kabobs. I used the meat, onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, assorted peppers, and canned whole potatoes.
Kabobs all ready to take out to the grill! I grill them for about 20-30 minutes, depending on how rare you like the meat. Turn frequently to keep them juicy.
We ate the kabobs with fresh fruit on the side. The bowl has strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. We also had potato salad. It was a perfect summer meal!
The first time I ever made these, my dad said they were “great!” This is a HUGE compliment, because my dad is the type who says “it was okay” for everything he likes. 🙂
