How to Make Your Diet Cereal Amazing

Getting creative with food is one way to really cut back on calories and eat what taste good to you. With more and more people dieting these days a lot often fail because they get bored or dont see results as quickly as they would like. Here is a simple recipe that taste amazing and is little in calories.

You will need 3 ingredients:

  • Cereal <– Try to chose one with low calories (150 or less per serving) (Multi-Grain Cheerios, Total Whole Grain Flakes, Kashi GoLean Original, Wheaties, Kashi Mighty Bites).

  • Blueberries

  • Skim Milk

You will need 3 tools:

  • Spoon

  • Bowl

  • Napkin

You will also need 3 measuring cups:

  • 2 Dry Measuring cups <– Both in the amount of 1 cup

  • 1 Liquid Measuring cup < In the amount of 1 cup

Now take your bowl and set it down on the counter. Pick up one of your dry measuring cups and pour 1 cup of cereal in it. Then dump the one cup of cereal in your bowl. Next take your other dry measuring cup and measure 1 cup of blueberries. Pour those in the same bowl as your cereal. Take your liquid measuring cup and pour 1 cup of skim milk. Pour the milk over your cereal and blueberries. Grab your spoon and napkin and sit down in a quiet place without the tv on and enjoy your breakfast to get your day started.

(Quick Note: Eating while sitting down with no distractions will cause you to eat slower and eat less. Speeding up your weight loss)
