Pineapple Cheese Dip Recipe

The flavor in this dip will blow you away! This is a great dish to serve with crackers as a dip. Be sure to get some right away when serving, this will go FAST! This can be baked the day before your gathering and stored in the refrigerator. Take it out 30 minutes before ready to serve.

Pineapple Cheese Dip

2 cans crushed pineapple, drained

1 bag cheddar cheese, shredded

5 tbsp flour

½ cup sugar

 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

½ stick butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350*.
Line a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick foil.
Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour.
Spread mixture into baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix butter and crackers.
Spread cracker mixture over pineapple mixture, evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly.

* Note: The first time I tried this dip, I just HAD to get my hands on the recipe so I could make it again! It tastes good the day you make it but tastes just as good (maybe even better) the day after it has been made 🙂

Be sure to store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Use any type cracker that you enjoy. The recipe calls for Ritz, but feel free to change that if you would like to. I like to use Wheat Thins…they taste good and hold up well when dipping into a dip this thick.
