Swiss Cheese Breakfast Omelette
This delicious breakfast omelette will serve well with sliced tomatoes and any breakfast beverage. It is a very easy to make breakfast omelette that the whole family will enjoy. A very nutritious meal in that it contains a good source of protein. It is ery inexpensive to make and it will only take 20 minutes to prepare. It is also great served with toast. Make a healthy homemade breakfast that will be healthier and cost less than eating out. You may substitue a cheese that you prefer if you do not like swiss cheese. American cheese or cheddar cheese will make a great tasing omelette as well. Be creative and add diced ham for a more filling and flavorful dish. 1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
1. In a medium mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat well. Add the milk, cheese, salt, and stir well to combine the ingredients.
2. In a large skillet or an omelette pan, heat the butter, add the egg mixture and cook for about 4 minutes and lift the sides of the omelette until broen underneath. Sprinkle with the chopped chives when served and enjoy.
