Science has proven that our surrounding colors affect our mood and health. More than half a century Swiss psychologist Lyusher has developed a method of diagnosing a color that made it famous. Through it can determine the mental state of people at any given time. The test is very simple – to be arranged in principle I like – not like “eight squares of different colors, the most pleasant to most unpleasant.

Observations show that the navy lowers blood pressure, relieves pain. He has a positive impact on the spine and because of its analgesic effect is used in the treatment of migraine, strokes and infections. For example, some psychologists recommend it to people who suffer from hypertension and related cardiovascular diseases. Light blue calms. Vivid orange color associated with fire. With respect to the body it acts rescue breathing and calming – on the psyche. So the nuances of color that are recommended for coloring walls, especially in premises where sleeping. 

Red brings a sense of warmth. Psychologists associate it with the faster treatment of many diseases, but warn that it should not be too far because it can provoke an exacerbation of chronic diseases. If you suffer from low blood pressure (hypotension), red color is highly recommended – it is associated with heat and blood pressure rise. Therefore not recommended for hypertensive patients. 

From the psychological point of view, the color red increases the excitement, and therefore recommended for problems in sexual life.
