Steak with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

6 beef top loin steaks
2 tablespoons of real butter
1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon of real butter
3 tablespoons of onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of flour, all-purpose
1 cup of milk
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of dried onion bits
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1. In a skillet, saute the mushrooms in the butter until light brown.
2. Add and saute the onions. Stir in the flour and add milk and stir until creamy. Add the soy sauce, salt, pepper.
3. In a skillet, brown the steaks on both sides and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add the mushroom sauce to the steak skillet and let simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
