1 package of orange cake mix
½ cup of cooking oil
1 package of instant vanilla pudding (3.5 ounces)
½ cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons vodka
½ cup Galliano
1 cup of sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Galliano
1 teaspoon vodka
1 teaspoon orange juice
Preheat oven to 350′.
In a large mixing bowl combine the orange cake mix, the instant pudding, eggs, orange juice and cooking oil and mix well at a low speed for 1/2 minute.
Then add the 1/2 cup of Galliano and mix in at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Finally add the 2 teaspoons of vodka and mix once again at medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake for 45 minutes until center of cake springs back. Remove pan from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan and put on cooling rack to cool completely.
Now that the cake is cooling you can now prepare the glaze to pour over it.
Combine all the liquid ingredients and stir. Then add the sifted powdered sugar into the liquid and mix well. Pour over cake.
Time to serve the cake and Enjoy! A great way to store the cake is by placing it into a Tupperware Cake Taker.
Tips and Suggestions:
Pour glaze topping on cake only after the cake is completely cooled.
