Americans eat farm more junk than any nation. We also have the highest rates of health problems as well. Cholesterol is one of them. Left untreated, high cholesterol can cause heart disease, heart attacks, and strokes.
Cholesterol is the fat like substance in the blood. There is good and bad cholesterol and you need to understand the difference, LDL is the bad cholesterol that can lead to heart disease. You can reduce the bad cholesterol by regular exercise and maintaining a healthy diet. HDL is the good cholesterol. HDL is actually cardio protective.
Most doctors prescribe medication to reduce cholesterol levels. However, there are more natural treatments that you can use as well. Try them along side of your medications. Or, if you are borderline, try them before your doctor puts you on medication. If it works and is done regularly, maybe you will not have to start medication!

Drink it while eating your cherrios..or better yet try another breakfast treat to change up the routine. After all, cherrios would be hard to take every morning of your life. :)It has been said that eating cinnamon and honey on toast in the morning will also help prevent a heart attack.
