300 gr white cabbage
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste
For decoration: halves of olives
Method of preparing:
You have to chop the white cabbage finely. Add some salt to taste. Then cut the carrots finely and add them to the cabbage. Pour the oil. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it onto the salad. Mix well. On the top you can make some decoration-for instance, flower figures from the parsley. You can also use some olives for decoration. The salad is suitable as addition to meat dishes. Enjoy it!
