The recipe serves 6. Its easy preparation lasts for 30 minutes and thirty minutes for the staying of the green peppers into a marinade. The green pepper rolls are very tasty and could eb served as a main dish or as an appetizer.

6 baked green peppers

250 white cheese

3 table spoons olive oil

6 eggs

50 gr olives

2 table spoons mayonnaise

Lemon juice

Fresh parsley

Red pepper powder to taste

Method of preparation:

You have to cut the baked green peppers along their length in four. Place them into the marinade which is prepared from the olive oil and the lemon juice. Leave the peppers to stay into the marinade for about thirty minutes. Meanwhile boil the eggs. Peel them and grate them. After that you have to mix the grated eggs with the mayonnaise and the halves of the olives. Add the grated white cheese and the red pepper powder. Dry the peppers, onto each part of them put the prepared mixture and roll the pepper. Place the rolls into a serving plate and pour with the marinade. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley. Enjoy!
