Potatoes with bacon

Fried potatoes with bacon are suitable for every day use.

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes

300 gr bacon

5 cloves of garlic

50-60 ml oil

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder

Dry dill

3 table spoons ketchup

2 table spoons mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

Peel and cut the potatoes in a shape of a moon. Chop the bacon into cubes. Cut the garlic finely. In a sauce pan pour the oil and fry the garlic and the bacon for about 5 minutes. Then add the potatoes and fry them until golden brown. Salt to taste, sprinkle the black pepper powder and the dry dill. Add the ketchup and the mayonnaise. Enjoy this wonderful dish!
