Baked Eggs

A very creamy egg dish. Delicious served with buttered toast, English or wheat muffins. Add chive to really add flavor. Baking in a pan of hot water is known to keep the eggs from getting tough or overcooked. This is a great breakfast for vegetarians and it has an excellent source of protein. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, make it a good one. Eggs are a great way to start off the morning. This unique recipe is packed wirth vitamins and minerals. Eggs have a high nutritional value. This recipe may also use the egg beaters for those who are watching cholesterol. American cheese may also be used. You may even add your own spices and herbs if you wish. Hot sauce or chilies are an excellent way to spice up this breakfast meal.

Prep time 15 minutes

Bake time 25 minutes

Oven temp 375 degrees F

This recipe will serve four.

Ingredients:

2 packs of cream cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup of milk

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon od black pepper

Paprika

Directions:

1. Soften the cream cheese.

2. In a small bowl add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

3. Add the egg mixture to cheese and beat until well blended and pour into individual buttered custard cups.

4. Bake in a pan of hot water at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with paprika.
