Donkey Dong

                                                      Donkey Dong Appetizers

1 12 count package of large burrito tortillias

1 package of cream cheese

1 medium size jar of pace picante sauce

1 box of toothpicks

Before you start to make your donkey dong you will need to take the cream cheese out of the fridge and stay out over night to allow it to soften.

Take your soften cream cheese and pace and place in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.

Using a spoon an spread a thin layer of the mixture over 1 large tortilla,

Now roll the tortilla up into a tube, using a knife cut the tortillia in 1″ wide pieces.

Now take a toothpick and stick it into the center of the 1″ piece to keep it from unrolling.(all the cut pieces needs a toothpick inserted into it to keep from unrolling and to enable the guest to help themselves)

Continue this process untill you have used all the cream cheese mixture.

Place you pieces on a plate and your get will love it.


You can use homemade salsa or some from the store, thick or chunky will work great.

If you really want to decorate your platter try using colored toothpicks or colored tray linners on the platter.
