Balance Diet: Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Restoration of skin cells is very possible with proper intake of fruits and vegetables. Additionally, fruits and vegetables contains antioxidants which helps in the elimination of toxins from the body thus making the skin clear, healthy and quick to heal. Reduce fatty acids, greasy and packaged foods. This contains chemicals that will slow the healing of scars and produce future acne problems. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. Adding exercise is also very good for health.
