English grammar is ‘a real nightmare’ for English learners. Do you agree with me? No.Ok, let me try something else.
Does English grammar make you feel bored, depressed and sad? Have you ever seen a learner grimaces when it comes to study a bit of grammar? I’m sure you already have or even do it once.
‘If not, you’re just mocking me, aren’t you?’
Why does it seem boring? Well, maybe because it’s too difficult. And there’s not only so much to learn but also to keep in mind.
Is possible to remember all grammar rules? Can we think about them each time we want to write something ? Honestly, I don’t think it is.
‘What! It is.’
‘Once again, you’re mocking me, aren’t you?’
In addition, it will take us a long time before writing something thus, we are discouraged very quickly.
‘Do you agree with that?’ I’m sure you do.
So does it exist a magic formula to make English grammar easier and funnier to learn?
It may seem obvious to a lot of learners but not to everyone. It also may not work for everyone but it does for me.
Are you ready? Yes or No?
Ok, the answer is….Children Books.
‘WHAT! Children Books.’
Because there are children books. ‘No, I’m jocking.’
They are excellent books because they are aimed for children. It means that they are written in plain English so far easier to understand than any other grammar book, and cheaper as well. What’s more, there are often ridiculous drawings in those books. And they are so much stupid that you can’t forget them thus, you have fun and you don’t feel like you’re learning but you are.
I know what you’re certainly going to tell me now.
‘What a shame if ever my friends or family see those books?’
Two Possible Solutions:
Keep them in a safe place or put them in a vault strong box.
Nevertheless, you need to remember one rule.
‘You guessed it, didn’t you?’
The more you practice, the better you become.
Yes, Practice makes perfect and with children books you can have fun and even laughed at the same time.
I hope that you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it.
