How to Cook Ribs

Barbecue ribs are a favorite at family functions. Many people don’t know how to cook this traditional food. Using this simple method, you’ll be able cook delicious barbecue ribs that everyone will love, with very little effort. And, you’ll never have to wonder how to make ribs again.

Materials:

2 lbs. pork baby back ribs

Bottle of barbecue sauce

Vegetable oil spray

Basting brush

Steps:

1.) Tear four pieces of aluminum foil large enough to cover each section of ribs. Spray down each piece of foil with vegetable oil spray.

2.) Use the brush to coat the four rib sections with barbecue sauce. Wrap the foil securely around the ribs and place them in the refrigerator for 8 hours, or overnight.

3.) Heat the oven to 300 degrees F. Place each package of barbecue ribs in the oven. Wait for two hours and check. Add more sauce if needed. Cook another thirty minutes.

4.) Remove foil from barbeque ribs. Serve with more barbecue sauce if desired. This recipe yields four servings.

Tips:

Try experimenting with new or different kinds of barbecue sauce. Make the recipe once a week with a different sauce every time, and discover the family’s favorite.

Warnings:

When removing the foil packages from the oven, the foil will be extremely hot. Remember to use an oven mitt and never to touch the foil directly.
