Has a very fresh taste and pleasant aroma for waking the morning senses. Spinach can be prepared many ways and it is very healthy for you.
One pound of Italian sausage
One small onion, chopped
One can of spinach, drain well
Six eggs, beaten
One half cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut sausage into half inch pieces. Saute’ onion and sausage until well done. Add spinach and cook on high heat until all liquid evaporates.
3. In a medium casserole baking dish, pour egg, sausage, onion, and spinach and mix well.
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes or until eggs are done well. Top with cheddar cheese before serving and enjoy!
