Grilled Hamburger Recipe

Here are the ingredients for this grilled hamburger recipe:

1 pound lean ground chuck beef

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup drated cheddar cheese

4 slices bacon, cooked and cut into bits

1/2 cup onion, finely minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried crushed basil leaves

4 hamburger buns

Here are the directions for preparing this grilled hamburger recipe:

First of all, prepare the ingredients. Fry the slices of bacon and let them cool.Cut them into small bits. Put aside. Grate the parmesan and cheddar cheese and put aside. Finely mince the onion and garlic.

Mix together all of the ingredients except the ground beef and the hamburger buns.

Add this mixture to the ground beef and mix it together well but gently with a large mixing spoon. Divide the mixture into four equal parts. Shape each one into a hamburger patty using your hands.

Refrigerate until you are ready to put them on the grill.

When the grill is ready for this grilled hamburger recipe, place the four hamburger patties in the center of the grill. Grill them for about two to three minutes. Flip them over with a spatula and cook the other side about three minutes. Do not push down on the patties with the spatula.

Depending on whether you want your grilled hamburger rare, medium rare, medium or well done, either remove the hamburgers from the grill or continue cooking for several more minutes.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill. Place hamburgers on the buns and serve.
