Weight Gaining, Muscle Building Protein Shakes

Are you one of those people that just cannot gain weight?  You may be hitting the gym hard five times a week, eating as much meat as you can each day, eating pasta, drinking tons of milk, etc… yet you still cannot put on the pounds and muscle that you had hoped for.  A very easy way to bring in more calories than you think you can hold each day is by bringing in those calories/carbs/protein through liquids.

A simple protein shake that you can down in two minutes can bring in a ton of calories, carbs, and protein and still save room for another meal shortly after.  Here are a couple examples of those types of shakes:

-14oz of milk

-2 scoops of Whey Protein

-2 tbsp of peanut butter

-1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

-5 ice cubes

Protein: anywhere from 55-70g depending on your whey protein

Calories: anywhere from 670-800 depending how much milk and ice cream you put in

Carbs: anywhere from 70-80g

Taste value: great

Another shake:

-16oz of milk

-2 scoops of Whey Protein

-2 tbsp of peanut butter

-2 full bananas

-4 ice cubes

Protein: anywhere from 55-65g

Calories: anywhere from 550-650

Carbs: anywhere  from 60-70g

Taste value: good

So there you go.  Go try it out and let me know how you like it.
