Drawing everyday is a good way to develop your drawing skill. Remember practice, practice, practice. The only way to get better is to practice. Making a goal for yourself to practice drawing everyday is a good goal to make. It will keep you active and help you develop and discover new methods.
You can start off by gathering your drawing supplies, you can keep a journal for drawing everyday but you can also use loose drawing paper that is not attatched to a sketchbook. Start off by drawing whatever. If you want, you can start off with observational drawings. You can draw something that is right in front of you. You can also try to draw a replica of a photo.
Do not limit yourself. Draw whatever seems interesting to you. Do not limit yourself to only one thing, explore drawing different things.
While drawing make sure you use different techniques of drawing. You can experiement in drawing new ways. There are a lot of variations that you can make to produce an image.
Remember to date your drawings. Keep your drawings in a safe place where it cannot be damaged.
IF you are not able to finish a drawing in one day, you can still keep drawing and it will count as one drawing per day. Make sure it is the best you can do. Do not give up. Keep practicing and you will get better.
