No matter who you are or how busy you are, your body can throw you for a loop at any time.  You can wake up with a sore throat the day of your wedding, or eat a tuna salad that leaves you with horrible indigestion, or you can just simply overdo it with that yard work and end up with a stiff back or neck.

Here are a few all natural expert-recommended ways to treat all ailments quickly, safely and effectively at home.

Nausea.  Frozen Ginger chips.  Infuse fresh ginger in hot water.  Strain, freeze in ice cube trays.  Crush the cubes and suck on them throughout the day.  The ginger has a natural anti-nausea property that is very effective.

Hiccups.  No, don’t drink upside down!  Instead, try swallowing 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar.  The dry granules stimulate and reset the irritated nerve that causes the spasms.

Sore Throat.  Gargle twice a day with garlic cloves.  Mix 6 pressed cloves in warm water and gargle. (It may help keep vampires away as well!)

Cough.  How about a square or two of dark chocolate?  Researchers have found that an ingredient called “theobromine” is very effective in curbing a cough.

Foot Odor.  Soak feet in 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water.  You should see results in a few days to a week.  Be sure to soak only when there are no sores or cuts on your feet.  The vinegar helps eliminated the odoriferous bacteria found on skin.
