That what you have to rely on:
1)Confidence. If you feel good you look good, and vice versa. Be positive, look on the bright side of every situation and those good feelings will translate into every part of your life. Meditation is a wonderful way to improve your mental state.
2)Body. Exercise is a great way to build confidence as well as improve your appearance. Go to the gym. Go for a run. Take up canoeing. By working hard and getting in shape you are improving your body as well as your mentality. Eat healthy! Increase your intake of raw organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and filtered water. Rinse your body and hair with cold water. Cold showers improve circulation, improves immune system, and the look of your skin and hair.
3)Skin. Moisturize your body with natural oils such as coconut, jojoba, olive, safflower, or sweet almond oil. Wash you face daily with warm water, rinse with cold to close your pores and finish with a good moisturizer. Be careful with what type of oil you use on your face. Sweet almond oil will work with nearly all people’s skin types including acne prone skin. Apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil is a great acne remedy are all great remedies for acne. Oatmeal and organic virgin coconut oil prove to be an excellent acne scar treatment.
4)Hair. Achieve shiny beautiful hair like never before by using organic shampoo. You can also use a natural remedies such as by applying baking soda to your roots to remove excess oils then finishing with a vinegar rinse. Always rinse with cold water to promote a healthy shine. A few drops of natural coconut oil or other natural oil can be rubbed between palms then rubbed liberally into the ends of damp hair for a gorgeous sheen.
5)Eyes. At night as an eye cream, apply coconut oil beneath your eyes. Virgin coconut oil has benefits as an eye wrinkle treatment, as well as a dark circle eye treatment. Apply coconut oil or olive oil to your lashes with a clean mascara brush to improve their growth, length, sheen, and overall health. A used cold tea bag will also help reduce puffy eyes. For extra bright teeth whitening power try adding a sprinkle of baking soda atop your regular toothpaste or swap out the toothpaste for plain baking soda once a week or so. Rinse with 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and water for brighter whiter teeth.
