Broiled Parmesan Tilapia

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softnened
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 2 Pounds Tilapia Filets

Directions

  • Preheat the oven broiler. Grease a broiling pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside
  • Arrange filets in a single layer on the pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for another 3 minutes. Remove fillets from oven and cover with the parmesan mixture. Broil for 2 more minutes until the topping is browned and the fish flakes easily.

Pan Fried Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cups Green Beans
  • 1 Pinch Garlic Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper

Directions

  • Heat the olive oil, butter, and lemon juice in a skillet over medium heat, until mixture is melted. Add the green beans, garlic salt, and pepper. Cook and stir occassionally for about 10 minutes, or until beans are tender and warmed through.
