How to make chinese wonton soup?

Preparation:

  • Wrappers (Wonton Skin)
  • Bok Choy (Chinese Vegetables)
  • Filling:Minced pork 
    Whole shrimp
    Minced ginger and onions
    Sesame oil
    Salt
    White pepper
    CornStarch
    Garilc power

STEP 1

Wonton applying only limit amount of filling and quickly closing the wrapper holding hand, fold all four corners together and sealing the wrapper together with egg(Mixed)

STEP 2

Boiled chicken soup, now put these finish wrappers wonton into chicken soup (boiled wonton well done)and Bok Choy (Chinese Vegetables). The soup is made from boiling chicken to give it a distinct taste .

STEP 3

Wontons commonly served in soup.
