Pork meat in crock pot

Pork meat in crock pot serves 10-12 people. The time for preparation is about 30 minutes and the time for cooking is about two hours.


1 kg pork meat

1kg potatoes

500 gr peas

500 gr green bean

4 onions

250 gr carrots

Salt to taste

3 red peppers

3 green peppers

3 tomatoes


5 eggs

1 tea spoon rosemary

1 tea spoon red pepper powder

1 tea spoon curry

Method of preparation:

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Then peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices. Chop the meat into small pieces. Put these ingredients into the crock pot. After that salt to taste and stir well. Chop the carrots finely and put them together with the peas and green bean. Cut the green and red pepper and add to other ingredients into the crock pot. Salt again. Peel the tomatoes and cut them. Place the tomatoes into the crock pot. Now you can sprinkle the rosemary, the red pepper powder and the curry. Stir very well. Cover the crock pot and put it into the cold oven. The time for cooking is about 2 hours. When your dish is ready you have to open the crock pot and place the eggs on the top. Then sprinkle the parsley and cover the crock pot for about 10 minutes. Enjoy this wonderful dish!
