Delicious pork chops with yellow cheese and herbs

Yesterday I was on a visit to my friend and she offered me a new pork chop recipe. I want to share this recipe with many people because I liked it very much. Pork is one of the most commonly used meats worldwide and I think that eating it from time to time is healthy for everybody.The recipe serves 4. It is very easy for preparation. The time for preparation is about an hour and 10 minutes.


4 pork chops

2 onions finely chopped

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

salt (to taste)

red pepper

black pepper

3 table spoons tomato sauce

1 cup of hot water

1 cup of cold water

1 pinch of thyme

1 pinch of mint

1 pinch of rosemary

100-150 gr yellow cheese

In a pan put the vegetable oil and stew the finely chopped onion. Add a cup of hot water for 15 minutes. Then season the pork chops with the salt, the red and black pepper, thyme, the mint and the rosemary. The taste is delicious after that. Put the seasoned meat into a baking pan and add the stewed onion. Then pour a cup of cold water mixed with the tomato sauce. Bake for 1hour. Then sprinkle some yellow cheese onto the chops and bake for 5 minutes. Enjoy this baked pork chops with delicious herbal dressing and wonderful yellow cheese. Serve with green salad!
