Easy cheese pastry

In my country one of the favorite appetizetrs is the cheese pastry. It is prepared in different ways with different ingredients but one of them is always constant: the cheese. I will offer you the simpliest and easiest way for preparing this delicious appetizer. Ingredients for serving the cheese pastry are for 5 people. The time for preparation is about 50-55 minutes.


1 package sheets of pastry

6 eggs

300 gr cheese

2 table spoons flour

50 gr fizzy water

½ tea spoon baking powder

2 table spoons yoghurt

250 gr butter

Method of preparation:

In a bowl mix the yoghurt and the baking powder. Then add 4 eggs, the flour, 2/3 of the melted butter and the cheese which is into crumbs. In a baking pan you have to put two sheets of pastry, then sprinkle from the mixture, other two sheets of pastry, mixture again and so on. When all the ingredients (the sheets and this mixture) are used, prepare another mixture from the eggs, the fuzzy water and the butter. Pour this mixture onto the last sheet of pastry. With a knife cut the cheese pastry. So the liquid will be to the background of the baking pan. Bake your pastry into the oven by the temperature of 200` until golden brown.
