Words that are written down will secure things for you.

Almost everything you do in America will be best with a contract. It’s easy to do. All you need is a pen and a paper. Write down all the component that you don’t want to be liable for. Write down all the component that you are not offering. Write down all the things that you want the party to do. Example, ” You agree to all terms on the contract if you want to rent out this place. You will write a 30 days notice when you want to move out. You will not be living with anyone else but only the people that rent out the place. You agree to notify us if you have problems while living here so that we can fix the place. You agree not to make any major changes without letting us know and approve in advance.  Sign joeblue, date
