Throw them all out and instead go for low-fat options. There are many different brands that cater for those who desire low fat items. Swap the soda drinks for fresh fruit juices. Pick up a lot more fresh fruit and vegetables – remember to eat at least five portions of these each day:

Exercise more and regularly. Buy a gym membership – spending all that money each month will definitely help you stick to a routine. Make your exercise routine regular and fun. For example, go swimming once a week with a friend or with your children. If you have a dog, take Rover out more regularly. Walking is proven to be the best way to gaining a flatter stomach so not only will your beloved pooch thank you, but you’ll be thanking yourself! Another way is to substitute your car for a bike or your own two feet. Get your bum off that sofa and moving.

Tip Four:

Change the way you spend your leisure time. Do you find that you spend a lot of time on the computer after work or on the weekend? Doing more activities, such as hiking or even walking around large shopping malls, will raise your energy levels and you will soon find yourself wanting to do more thing instead of lazing around on the sofa.

Losing weight is not something that happens overnight; it is a long term thing. Fad diets do not work if you want the weight to stay off permanently. Changing a few things in your life will enable you to shed those unwanted pounds.
